Thanks for requesting more information on this home. This home is not currently listed and the subdivision does not have a community pool. Here is a link to view all homes that are currently listed as Active in the MLS with a community pool:

Mike

We have a few HOA Community pools in the Chandler/Gilbert area, we can find one if that is what works best for you.

Hi Mike. Unfortunately, this is an old listing that is being recycled by Trulia. That happens a lot on sites like Trulia, Zillow, etc that don't have direct immediate access to the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I searched the MLS and as far as I can tell, that home on 831 E Morelos is NOT up for rent at this time.

I looked through the entire city of Chandler for ALL 'Active' rental listings under $1200/month with at least 3bedrooms/2bathrooms/1400sq-ft. There are 24 homes listed at this time.

Here's the link to those 24 homes:

If you'd like to view any of these listings or would like a similar search of other areas, just let me know.

Dear Mike:

No there isn't. The neighbor three houses down has a pool as well as the neighbor that is on the property line of your backyard.
