Just a little further down Hulen St. you will find Trader Joe's a store similar to Central Market, but a little less expensive. http://www.traderjoes.com/
If you're looking for a more traditional grocery store - there is a Tom Thumb just a few blocks south of Trader Joe's, about 5 minutes from the home.
With a question about a property like that, you will have agents slobbering all over themselves to get your business. Since we don't know where you are moving from, it is hard to know your frame of reference. But we can only make some assumptions when a person inquires about a house in that kind iof price range.
You may be looking at property profiles on the internet from out of state, or out of town. If so, any good Realtor can tell you where the shopping or grocery stores are located. If you are in fact living in Fort Worth already, then we would find a question about a grocery store's location to be a fairly small concern, compared to financing a house such as Crestline.
I don't think you need a grocery store; I think you need a good Realtor.
Once you get connected with an experienced Agent, they will be able to give you all sorts of information, including the location of shopping areas in the neighborhood. Locating a good grocery store is easy; locatiing a good agent may be more difficult for you, so focus on that first. It may turn out that you don't buy THIS house, and you go on to look at other neighborhoods. (happens all the time) Then your Realtor will guide you to all the ammenities of the area, including a grocery store. They don't get much better than Central Market!
Good Luck to you and your family!
