No "slobbering" taking place here. I just want to provide outstanding, honest and ethical service, just like I do for all of my clients, regardless of the price range of property. I find that different clients have all kinds of certain things that are important to them. As a Buyer's Agent I don't judge, I just try to provide the means to finding the home that meets client's expectations or criteria. In this case if close proximity to a grocery store is important, then that's one of the things we can focus on.

There is a wonderful neighborhood grocery store just blocks away, with a great meat market, hot lunch availability, beautiful produce and a first class wine selection. Also less than 10 minutes away is Central Market, Trader Joe's, Target and Tom Thumb. Wonderful neighborhood!

Central Market is a few blocks from this home. People go to the store for its fresh produce, large meat market, variety of wine and beer, chef prepared selection, open patio, and for special events. See http://www.centralmarket.com/Home.aspx?store=fort_worth

Just a little further down Hulen St. you will find Trader Joe's a store similar to Central Market, but a little less expensive. http://www.traderjoes.com/

If you're looking for a more traditional grocery store - there is a Tom Thumb just a few blocks south of Trader Joe's, about 5 minutes from the home.

Dear Mrs. Spencer,

With a question about a property like that, you will have agents slobbering all over themselves to get your business. Since we don't know where you are moving from, it is hard to know your frame of reference. But we can only make some assumptions when a person inquires about a house in that kind iof price range.
You may be looking at property profiles on the internet from out of state, or out of town. If so, any good Realtor can tell you where the shopping or grocery stores are located. If you are in fact living in Fort Worth already, then we would find a question about a grocery store's location to be a fairly small concern, compared to financing a house such as Crestline.
I don't think you need a grocery store; I think you need a good Realtor.
Once you get connected with an experienced Agent, they will be able to give you all sorts of information, including the location of shopping areas in the neighborhood. Locating a good grocery store is easy; locatiing a good agent may be more difficult for you, so focus on that first. It may turn out that you don't buy THIS house, and you go on to look at other neighborhoods. (happens all the time) Then your Realtor will guide you to all the ammenities of the area, including a grocery store. They don't get much better than Central Market!
Good Luck to you and your family!

Ms. Spencer,

In anticipation of you calling I did a little checking on things for you.

That home is no longer listed for sale by a Real Estate Broker. With that said we can still work on this if you give me a call. The listing expired so I might be able to negotiate a deal with the owner that would be a win-win for you and for the owner. I would really need to discuss this more with you over the phone.

Thanks again,

Central Market would be the closest. Also 2 Tom Thumbs a Super Target and a Super WalMart and SAMs are within 5 miles depending on which direction you want to go. I live in the area so I know it well!!

Give me a call if you have any other questions??

Thanks,

That's a great area of town and there is a Central Market less than a mile away!

Would you like to go look at the home? It looks to be a beautiful property.. Please feel free to review my Trulia profile and if you think we would be a good match I would be honored to be your Buyer's Agent.
