If you go to Citysearch (see link below) you can locate a number of management companies. Like anything else, not all are alike, so I would interview a few and have your attorney review their contracts before signing. You want to make sure they have E&O insurance and so on... We charge 5% for maintenance and troubleshooting. Our investors use us for this and renting out the apartments. Collection of rents are okay but not bookkeeping.

FIRST ANSWER
Are you just looking for someone to find renters for the property or also collect rents and handle any repair issues that come up during the tenancy? Most local real estate firms can help you with property management. If the particular firm you hire to rent the unit doesn't handle property management, they should be able to refer you to a firm that will handle that for a fee (usually up to 10% of the rent).
