Hi Melinda,

This property is under agreement at this time, but there are many options in your price range that are close to public transportation and all that Plymouth has to offer!

This property is close to the GATRA bus line, which connects to commuter rail service into Boston. You can often find out further information from the local police department and the police logs for Plymouth can be found online at wickedlocal.com, this street is nice and many people take great care of their homes in the area. If you would like assistance with your home search in Plymouth I would be more than happy to help you out. I am a lifelong Plymouth resident and can provide you with more advice.

Please feel free to email or call me.

NOT AT ALL. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WORSE NEIGHBORHOOD, EVEN WORSE THAN ANY NEIGHBORHOOD I HAVE EVER RESIDED IN THE CITY. IT IS FULL OF DRUGS, 24/7, PEDOFILES, CONSTANT POLICE ACTIVITY CONSTANTLY, THE MOST ARROGANT OF CHILDREN, AND THEIR MOMS ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, TO BE HONEST, DORCHESTERS MISSION HILL IS A BETTER NEIGHBORHOOD THAN ANYWHERE NEAR FOREST AVENUE IN NORTH PLYMOUTH. BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR, CALL THE LOCAL PD.

I would take the dog and go for a walk.
Talk to people you see on the street.
Ask them questions.

Park in your car and see who notices - if anyone.
Interview the police you see around.
Interview the school administrators for the area.

Safe for you and safe for others may not be the same thing.

19 Spooner is now under agreement.
You can look at safety by street here: http://spotcrime.com/
Or look up crime statistics online or right here on Trulia.

When inquiring about specific areas of town it is best to contact your local Police Department as they have the most current and accurate data and will not have bias opinions like most civilians do. These are both fairly mains roads but do have areas pretty close by to walk your dog. The waterfront area of Plymouth is only a short drive away and is a beautiful area to stroll with your pet.

The Plymouth commuter rail is within a mile or 2 and has access to Boston. The Kingston stop is not far either and offers more frequent trips to Boston.

FYI - The property on Spooner street you inquired about has recently gone under agreement.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance :)
