QWest offers the best DSL Service in town, but High Speed Cable access is many times faster. Since you are planning to move to Zip Code 85716 the Cable service copany there is Cox Cable, phone number (520) 884-0133.

I do not know if there is a best service. It really will depend on the area that you are living in. I have heard good things about all of them -- Cox, Comcast, and Qwest. What is your definition of BEST. Is it speed, service or price. One factor for speed is how many costumers are using the system in the area. At this moment in time I use Qwest for the price and the ok speed. Plus comcast made me mad with the transfer fee they charged.

FIRST ANSWER
The best DSL in Tucson is Qwest. Personally, I use Cox.net which is much faster. Comcast is the equivalent to Cox.net and is available in the areas that Cox is not.
