Have you consulted a local real estate professional? I'm not in that market, but I'll bet that if you want the most # of choices in a variety of $$ ranges, a Realtor is your best bet. Real estate sales professionals will have the largest selection to show you, because that is what they do day in, day out, all week long-. They search out everything that is on the market that might interest their customers, and Clients!

There are a lot of good professionals out there from whom you'll get excellent service. Ask around for one that has been in business for awhile, and knows the market you searching.
