My wife is a "World Class" shopper and has traveled and lived in many locations world wide. Since living here I have noticed her finely honed skills are as sharp as ever.

Seriously, within a short drive, the area has it all.

There is fine shopping on Siesta Key and for more of an international flair you can easily commute to St. Armands Circle or to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. There are lots of good restaurants wtihin walking distance.

Most shopping is located in Sarasota which is within just a few minutes of Siesta Key. Westfield's Southgate mall and Sarasota Square Mall is with a short drive. If you want to shop on Siesta Key you can do so in the village or near the south end just south of Stickney Point road.

FIRST ANSWER
Siesta Key is located along the Gulf Coast of Florida in the city of Sarasota. Shopping in both Siesta Key and Sarasota provide visitors with the best variety of local shops with national retailers. The Village, in the heart of Siesta Key, has outdoor restuarants, ice cream parlors, nightlife and local retailers, making it a great destination site while visiting the city.
