I am not affiliated with the link below. They gather information every year on all kinds of rental properties. They are the most comprehensive data collection I know of. Of course as Realtor, I use the MLS but that doesn't cover the whole market and might skew towards higher end rentals.
When a seller lists with the Northwest Multiple, he agrees to allow photos of his home to be included in the listing information. That listing then appears on every IDX feed and is never just on one web site. If you have not listed your home for sale, then the photos that are showing belonged to the previous owner, who gave permission to the Northwest Multiple to show those photos.... more
