We Realtors by law are not allowed to say anything, from one neighborhood and school to another. There are sources like http://www.newsday.com and school report, where the buyer can check all the information and compare. You can also log on to school's website to find out their performance.

We believe the term "house" in this instance is a unit or group within a school building. To answer this question we would have to clearly understand your personal interests and priorities as well as understand the complexities of each house.

Therefore an answer to your question is, impossible....

You can search each school or ISD website can compare the stat's of the school. Place all on an excel spreadsheet where you compare "apples to apples". Read local media new or journals determine what is authored about each area.

Gail is correct realtors can't make a comment per statues of the state.

No one can decide for you which house is best for you; this is a decision you will make based on your personal taste, likes and preferences. Addiitionally, Realtors are not permitted (by law) to discuss school districts or neighborhoods; we can only be the source of the source.
