The question is not clear but if you are seeking information about students being able to use cell phones in school we recommend calling the school for their policy 903-342-6166.
Many districts will allow possession of student phones but will not tolerate them being used in school. Many Boards of Education view them as a threat to their responsibility of maintaining a safe learning environment for all students.
