That's a tough question to answer without knowing what other needs you have. Most of Las Vegas would be suitable for a growing family, so it really depends on what other amenities you desire.

Location is important, so evaluate all the factors before making a decision. What kind of a commute will you have? How close do you want to be to parks and recreation areas? Maybe you want to live close to the Strip to enjoy all of the entertainment options...
