You are able to compare information on up to 4 schools or school districts on http://schoolmatters.com or the State of Michigan has information about all schools (I believe) on http://michigan.gov/mde
Derek is right, an agent can't really answer your question, but you can check here on Trulia under stats and trends:
And there are also some other sites you can check out for some data on schools, such as zillow and city-data.com
