Hi Diana....there are several buildings in the COLONY complex. At least a few of the roofs were replaced 14 years ago. The roofs are roll composite. I will try to find a more accurate answer for you tomorrow from the HOA or the management company. Is there a particular building in which you have an interest?
This is a VERY convenient area....and....the prices are LOW!

Remember....this property WAS an apartment complex at one time....it was converted to condos about 2005.

Diana,

I only know this because I lived there when it was called La Mirada before the condo conversion in 2005 and also because I'm a super cool Realtor.

As mentioned the condo conversation was in 2005 so it is likely they replaced the roofs during that time.

The sure fire way to know is to call the building inspectors office and inquire to see when and if permits were pulled to complete the work.

Miquel, were the trains a problem, as far as noise, at the Colony?
