Nitrauer in an Elementary school in the Manheim Township School District of Lancaster County.They have an amazing Spanish imersion program, where students learn everything in Spanish, so they become completely bilingual as early as 3rd grade. It is located nearby some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Lancaster county..homes ranging from $215,000 to $ 500,000 plus. Manheim Township enjoys a great reputation for excellence in education as well as dominant sports teams for the area. It is alos centrally located in the county for easy access to anywhere from Rt 30, 222 and 283. these will take you anywhere North, East/West, or to Harissburg.

Greg, thanks for your interest in Manheim Township homes. To answer your question, Nitrauer is located along Oregon Pike north of Lancaster City. Neighborhoods in the immediate vicinity are Roseville (which the locals call "Crooked Oak" because of the main street through the neighborhood), Bloomingdale, Beverly Estates, Landis Farms and Valleybrook.
