As mentioned-AISD is one district-Pflugerville, Round Rock- Hays, etc. do have their own district.
A link to AISD blue Ribbon schools is :
Having been involved in AISD in varying capacities; as volunteer and also substitute, there are some additional things to look at, especially at the high school level and that is the Magnate Schools and the AP courses available.
So check out the different links my collegues have given you and then if you have questions, feel free to ask.

When you say "districts", I presume you mean schools, since the rating of any individual Independent School District would really be too broad to be of any use.

Here's a link to a map of school districts in Central Texas.…

Here's a link to school rankings for Austin ISD. If you'd like similar info for other school districts, give me a call and I can send them to you for all the districts on the map.…

Note TAKS results are the only objective method of rating schools. This year the new STAAR tests will be used in place of TAKS testing, and the results could create different results once they are announced. But that won't be for many months from now.

I would caution you against using just the ratings to pick a neighborhood to live in, or to use as a single decision point for where your children should go to school. The TAKS results can be skewed for a number of different reasons. I've poured over the results in detail, and continue to do so for many clients. If you'd like to discuss the good and the bad of various methods of rating schools, feel free to give me a call.

A good place to start your research when looking for ratings of Austin schools is Google. When you enter "public school ratings", you will get results where to begin your search.

I hope this helps.
