What are the chances of a street/house being rezoned from one school district to another?
I'm currently living within Mansfield ISD and am interested in moving into a house within Arlington ISD. There's a house that I'm intested in buying, which happens to be at the border of Arlington ISD district. What are the chances of a street/house being rezoned from AISD to MISD? Does it ever happen?
I live in Virginia, but I would think this is a question that should be posed to your local representatives at your state house, your county representatives, or school board members for these districts so you avail yourselft of the most accurate responses. Demographic information can also be helpful, but the political folks will be able to give you firm data and the political process that would realign school district lines. I hope this helps you, Jim.
