School attendence area in Fremont CA

I'm trying to rent a SFH in Fremont near a good elementary school. I came across several available for rent thru' craigslist.com

Do you know a good way to find out whether an home address falls within what schools' attendance areas in Fremont CA?
I tried the Fremont Unified School district's website, but it gives a phone number to call and check.

I also came across the following website in one of Trulia voice posts, which works for San Jose. Is there a similar one for Fremont?

FIRST ANSWER
Joy: Fremont Unified re-draws the line for school so frequently - the only way you can be 100% sure is to call the District Office (510) 657-2350, the department which handles it is call Maintenance. All you have to do is give them the addresses you are considering and they can tell you which schools they fall into.
