for special needs kids, or that has been noted for having a good special ed. program. Any comments would help. We are looking to rent for a while, somewhere around $1200-$1500 a month.
As a Keller resident, I would like to share the local newspaper with you at http://www.kellercitizen.com
The schools are well renowned and do meet the needs for special needs kids.
Northwest ISD is another excellent school district. I would assume that you would eventually want to
purchase a home in the school district in which you would lease a home to avoid having to change school
districts for your child.
I will assist you in finding a lease home in your price range. Are you looking for a single family residence or would you consider a 3 bedroom townhome with an HOA that would provide a swimming pool, park and walking trails for your personal use?
Please contact me at lucy.puniwai@ziprealty.com
I will assist you in all relocation matters such as schools, utilities, shopping, neighborhood familiarity, medical services etc.
I look forward to meeting you soon.

Hi, There are good school districts in the surrounding Fort Worth area. It also depends on what the special needs are. My sister has an autistic child that goes to the Keller Schools and I have a friend with a special needs child in the Birdville Schools. Let me know what your needs are and perhaps I can get you further info on the Keller Schools, Northwest Schools, Birdville Schools, etc. You can email me at dede@soldbydede.com.
i would agree that keller is definitely in your price range and would have schools that would help. you can search the texas education agency website on google and it will give you a breakdown of each district by each school giving you individual ratings.
in texas it goes
acceptable
recognized
exemplary
In general Keller schools in NE Ft. Worth have a good reputation. You might have to network well with parents with kids who have the same needs to find out exactly which schools or which districts have the best programs. NW schools also have a good reputation which is somewhat north of Ft. Worth. It also might depend on what area of Ft. Worth your husband will work. If working in South Ft. Worth, you might not want to live in the North or visa versa.
