This house does not appear to be in the Tuscan School district. It appears to be in the Clinton School District. Are you looking for homes in the Tuscan District?

Jim, Ben and Maria have answered you on Essex. My son goes to Tuscan and I live in the College Hill section of Maplewood. IN the mean time, there are 16 homes priced between $300 to $525K that are zoned for Tuscan. I hope this link works to show you the range:…

Dear New Home Buyer, 8 Essex Road is in the Clinton Elementary School District. Those who have kids attending Clinton know it is amazing. The curriculum emphasizes developing cultural inclusion with a wide range of languages, ethnicities, talents and areas of expertise. It is the English Language Learner school for the district which may contribute to lower overall scores on, but those who dig deeper discover a top-notch education here. When I attended elementary school in Maplewood I was "paired" with a student from Belgium who taught me to speak French while experiencing his culture, perspectives and traditions in the real world. The school offers social events and enjoys an active, award-winning PTA. The principal is fantastic, seems to know all kids and parents, and works hard to embrace individuality.

As Maria mentioned, this home is zoned for the Clinton school. If you would like more information about the area here is a link to a Maplewood - South Orange Town tour video I created.

I have three girls in the public schools here and they are doing very well.

All the best, Ben

This home is currently in the Clinton School district but the South Orange/South Orange Board of Education are known to redistrict the schools as needed, so what is true today can change in the future. All of the schools in Maplewood offer a quality education. Perhaps you should tour the school after it reopens on Sept 6th. Also the Seth Boyden Demonstration School is an option too, their enrollment is based on availabilityspace.
Good Luck and feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance.
Be well
