This mobile home is in a mobile park where you do not own any land. In answer to your question the park will have monthly rates. You would need to contact them directly. This type of sale is the same as a motor vehicle and will get title to the mobile from the motor vehicle department. As such Realtors can not and do not sell them. We are licensed to sell what is called "real property" which requires some form of ownership to real land- whether fee simple, condo, co-op or land lease.
It may be a good option for you, but some issues to consider when making a purchase like this are:
1. Any mobile home over 25 years is very difficult if not impossible to insure.
2. Monthly rental rate of community: how much and how much has it gone up each year for the past few years- and what does it cover?
3. What are the resale restrictions or removal costs?
Remember a mobile like a car will not go up in value and rentals will.
