Beverlywood is highly sought after for families with school age children due to the great schools in the area! But, this also keeps the property values high in Beverlywood. Note also, that it depends exactly what area of Beverlywood you live in, as to which school district you fall. If you are east of Robertson, you may not be able to access the magnet programs of the elementary and junior high schools in the area. Do your homework before you start your search. Work with an agent who knows the area!

If you're looking for a Buyer's Agent that knows Beverlywood, feel free to call me. I'm happy to help.

Best regards,

Beverlywood is sandwiched between the very upscale Cheviot Hills and the a low rent area on so you have to be careful where in Beverlywood you buy. Schools are fine not great. Like everywhere, education starts in the home. Private schools are an option. If you are thinking of buying ,Beverlywood is definately a great place to live, close to all the West side has to offered.

Absolutely, It is good to live with your family.. You came on the earth from your mother. It is your duty to help them in their old days. You must gave them relief, satisfaction, Happiness. I think it is too good to live with family rather than live alone.

Hi Nicole,

there are several schools in Beverlywood. if you go to http://www.schoolfinder.net which is part of the LAUSD website, you can plug in your address and find out what school boundary you're in, Then you can check out the school, meet the principal and teachers and all those good things we do for our children
Good luck!!
