Hi Chad,

It all depends on the train schedule that operates on that railroad and the type of train. Is it a cargo train? Because Cargo trains usually are slower than passenger trains. You can call whomever that operates those trains and ask for the train's schedule and speed. This should help you with determining the noise level. Also keep in mind that if the property is too close to the railroad, it could have an effect on the resale. I hope this helps.
