Is Village Meadows a good school for an autistic child?

Asked by Mike, Maryland Tue Nov 18, 2008

I am a single father and my 5 year old son falls into the autism spectrum. he has not been labeled. He is operating at a 2 year old level. May move to SV, but am concerned about programs available to him. He needs many services from PT,OT, speech therapies. He is a happy kid and everyone enjoys working with him. I just want to make sure I am making right decision or if somebody could lead me to the right persons or agencies to make transitions as smooth as possible. Also need to know who can help with Daycare Providers of Special Needs Children.

Mike, I'm in Kansas City; if you were here, I'd be happy to help you with your questions. Since you're in Maryland, you could find a realtor there to help you find answers to all your questions. Just look online, in the Yellow Pages, or even at the real estate signs in the yards of the neighborhood you are interested in for a contact phone number.
