I will be working in Sugar Land Town Square and need a rental for $1200/mo but zoned in either Fort

Settlement or First Colony Middle School. Is this possible? If so, what neighborhood? Pls. tell me the quality of this neighborhood. Thank you for your help!

As of now, the least expensive rental listings in areas zoned for the two schools you're looking for start at $1300/month. For Fort Settlement middle school for $1350, you can rent a single family house around 2000sqf with 3 bedroom/2 bath. For first colony, with $1300 you'll get about 1450 sqf, 3/2 as well. Both neighborhoods are very family friendly with great schools, nice and quiet in the subdivisions but with very easy access to everything, grocery, shoping, restaurant along hwy6. One thing worth of knowing, City of Sugar Land requires owners apply for leasing permit to make sure condition of homes meet city standards.
