As with anything else the more knowledgeable you are about the Florida school system the more you can take advantage of what it has to offer. Having 2 children of my own and with my wife being a teacher I have learned most of the ins and outs of the schools in Boca Raton and the surrounding areas. The knowledge of Academy programs and Charter schools would be important to you and should be looked into. Feel free to contact me and I would be happy to discuss further.

As everyone has mentioned- Almost all the schools in Boca Raton are A schools. I actually went to school from Elementary school through Graduate school in Boca Raton and know for a fact that Boca Raton High School (the one off Glades and i95) is a fantastic High School for any teenager. Also- FAU is a growing college with lots of degrees to choose from for your son.

Please contact me with any questions regarding the schools or your real estate needs, I'd be more than happy to help!

Schools in Boca Raton are rated via letter grades based on Florida statewide tests. Because you are looking for a home in Boca Raton, your son will have access to an excellent high school, no matter which part of Boca Raton you live in.

That school excellence is one of the many reasons that Boca Raton homes retain their values.

Your son could qualify into certain programs within schools and therefore not be zoned. However, many of Boca Raton's fantastic neighborhoods are zoned for the A rated schools. Please contact me so that I could email you property will find that if you do an online search yourself, you will not be able to filter for country club commumities or Housing for Older Persons Act communities.

You don't have to be in a specific area to have your child go to a good long as he is being driven by parents or drives himself.
Are you currently working with a Realestate agent ?

Not yet. Would the area close to Florida Atlantic university safe. I am looking for a condo, and/or a condo close to the water.
