Rob, Both Buyer and Seller in Indian Trail, NC

I'm taking a job in Framingham. Are there schools in Boston West Metro with programs for children with auditory processing learning disability?

Asked by Rob, Indian Trail, NC Fri Sep 9, 2011

Thanks My son, who will be going into 6th grade, is in a special school today that specializes in teaching via the Orton-Gillingham method. No behavioral issues...he is wired differently and learns best in other ways. I'm open to public or private schools. Thank you!

The best school in the area is a Private766 school in West Newton ,Ma called The Clearway School in West Newton,MA on Chestnut st.It is a speech and language based school, which supports the Orton Gillingham based method of instruction for Auditory Processing and he kids are great 6-12th grade.617-964-6186.Best of luck! Top notch teachers, foster each child to their best potential and graduate with a sense of purpose and go on to college or what they aspire to after graduation.

Hello......

You may want to check out these sites. You may have to call each school system to see what might be available within the school system. Also, The Learning Center for the Deaf has long been part of the Framingham Community. I would expect they could direct you. Good luck.
