Ridgewood is an amazing place to raise a family. Great schools, a great downtown, and close proximity to NYC. Find your next home in Ridgewood at:

I agree with Chris Gubb below, Ridgewood is an outstanding place to live and raise children. It's considered the "hub" of Northern Bergen County because of it's award winning schools, village atmosphere and proximity to NYC. On summer evenings you can stroll downtown and eat at any variety of it's wonderful outdoor cafes and fine restaurants. The parades are very well anticipated in town and it's a major attraction for many folks from all over. Van Nest Square park in the center of downtown Ridgewood hosts many activities from tree lighting ceremonies to outdoor concerts. Ridgewood schools are ranked very highly as well as the town itself.

If you're looking to move to Northern Bergen County, you could not pick a finer town. The surrounding towns also have supporting value, which only adds to the quality of life here and property values. I've attached some residential listings for sale below as well as the link to the town information and website. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me anytime.

How would you compare Ridgewood to Tenafly?

Hi Wilma,
Ridgewood is a wonderful place to raise a family and really so much more. I have lived in the town since 1973, graduated Ridgewood High School and am now raising my 4 children in the town. Not only does it have an award winning school system, Money Magazine ranks Ridgewood #26 of the "100 Best Places to live in the US.

We are looking forward to the July 4th celebrations here where we have a parade go through the town at 10:00 in the morning then a truly spectacular fireworks event in the evening. Events like this are the norm.

We have a close proximity to NYC for those commuters and those that visit the city for its cultural events and restaurants. We have a small town atmosphere in a sophisticated environment.

The town is filled with restored architectural gems on tree lined streets. There are just too many extra curricular activities to mention in the sports and arts.

If you are considering a move please click on my photo. There you will see a bio and many client testimonials. I would be happy to find you a new family home.

Hoping I answered your question.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
