They're basing it on CRCT-generated achievement scores for 4th grade, but in the latest achievement scores at http://www.gaosa.org/FindASchool.aspx?PageReq=106&TabReq… none of the grades scored 100%. Perhaps the data is incorrect or outdated, but it definitely doesn't match up with the current data.

This list shows Morris Brandon being ranked as #2. Yet, I'm not sure how valid this list is, as I am sure that there are many lists...

It would be hard to say without seeing the link and understanding the data points they're using. Morris Brandon, Sarah Smith and Warren Jackson are all good elementary schools, but I can't imagine what ranking would have them as #2 in the state, let alone in Fulton County.

We provide school rankings at http://www.h2realty.com/metro-atlanta-schools/top-ranked-atl… and while Morris Brandon ranks well, it's not #2 in our rankings.

Just as the City of Atlanta may rank well one year in the "Best Cities to Live In" report, it may not the next year. Each year they change the weighting on the different criteria to come up with different answers. It would be pretty boring if the same cities were in the top 10 each year.

My point is simply that without knowing the underlying information about your discovery, it's difficult to affirm or refute your discovery.
