Auction.com is like ebay with a reserve. You don't know what the reserve price is. So if you are asking what is the minumum price the bank will accept on this. We don't know. An agent can give you comps in the area and help you to make an informed decision on a bid. PLEASE read the fine print, please read every word of their contract if you move forward with them.

Auction.com rarely ever transfers title. They take bids often time too low for the bank to agree to and you waste your time and energy. They hold on to your deposit for a few weeks and sometime have already run another auction on the same property before you ever hear anything back from them. They sound good, but I quit wasting my time after the 2nd time. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...

I get that. How to find the agent for this property? I'm not a big believer in auction.com( 80+% of their sales never happen) Any advice?
