The answer is simple. Go to http://www.HoosierHomeListings.com and click on the "Community" under the banner at the top of the page. There you will find links to all school districts in Allen County. You can also conduct home searches from this page. This Web site is more directly connected to the local MLS and gives you the most up to date and relevant information available on local listings... including information on which school district a home is located.

Don't hesitate to call if you have questions. I can be reached phone/text at 260-579-1516 and email at mike@mikearchbold.com.

Fort Wayne offers you many options! You may live in one school district and send your children to another if attendance allows! As your Realtor, I would help you search properties in your preferred school district. You may also confirm the neighborhood schools at http://www.fwcs.k12.in.us/schools.php use the link to the left "find your school". Let me know how I may help you find your way home! If your in Fort Wayne Community Schools district you can go onto their website and look the address up, it will give you the neighborhood schools. Also keep in mind FWCS has no firm borders at the Elementary level. You can pick and choose any school as long as there is room.

Hello Theodora,
This home is in the district that would go to the Woodlan Schools. However, I have some first hand experience with this home and know that it does have an accepted offer in on it. It is waiting on bank approval for a short sale last I heard. I would be happy to assist you in finding more about this one and other homes if you wish. It would be my pleasure to help you in any way I can. Contact me anytime.

I am more than eager to help but I have questions similar to Bill & Cheryl (below). Your Trulia profile (linked to your name in your question above) lists you as an agent with Noble Properties. Your LinkedIN profile also lists you as an employee (Managing Real Estate Broker) of Noble Properties in Chicago, Illinois. Realtor.com also lists you as a Realtor with Noble Properties in Chicago. Noble Properties has a self-storage facility in Fort Wayne. Is the Chicago business related to the Fort Wayne business? Ae you looking for a new brokerage with whom tp place your license?

Theodora,
Several tools have been noted by associates, but there is an easy, no cost method. Just ask a licensed real estate agent for assistance. In this region, real estate agents are compesated by the seller (99% of the time). Therefore, as a buyer, the services of the agent cost you nothing. The agent has many tools available and can search by the school you desire and/or quickly determine the school associated with the home address. Use us to help you find the right home. You have nothing to lose, but much to gain. If I may be of service, call 260-416-5172 or email at DLucas@cbrwg.com.

Theodore, great question.

I have one for you. According to my research there are only 2 people with your name and they both live in Illinois. Are you the Realtor or the son or perhaps the father of the Realtor with the same name? Which makes me wonder if you really posed this question or is Trulia pulling the same scam that Facebook just got out of court over?

Either way, I’m sure if you ask your relative the Realtor I’m sure they can help you without the rest of us bagging for your supposed business.

Thx but no.

There are several ways to do this on your own. They can be time consuming and even confusing. So, if you have a school in mind, I can send you all the homes that are currently available in tha school district. I can also update you as new listings come on the market in that district.
