If you are referring to the Gaither road property, yes, has a good well and septic system

Not sure which property is being referred to. In the "Town of Bath" (aka, Berkeley Springs) as well as certain adjacent areas outside the small town limits, well water from the springs is actually supplied by the town utility, Berkeley Springs Water Works. Storm and sanitary sewers service is also supplied. In this area, then, there is no need for perk tests. In the rest of the county (Morgan County), with the exception of the very small town of Great Cacapon, houses are on their own and do require perk tests, so that's a question that needs to be asked. Great Cacapon also has its own small water system, as does the development formerly known as Coolfont.
