Determining to the answers to questions on any of the topics listed above is something that you would need to do on your own. It is up to the individual to make their own determination about a specific area. If a real estate agent were to comment on such a thing, it could be steering which is a prohibited act.

It is extremely hard to measure the "better" of schools because of the number of variables that go into making up a school. You could ask 100 families and each of the schools and I'm sure that the percentage of those that think it is wonderful and those that disagree would be close.
Politicians and business have tried to quantify the quality of schools. You can find data on each of the schools at http://edu.reportcard.state.tn.us/pls/apex/f?p=200:1:2773512 . After looking at the data, it will then pretty much come down to personal preferences.
