No, it isn't, and the house is under contract. Suggest you get with a Realtor, as Frisco is a big market and most people find that it is too daunting a chore to locate the right home by themselves in such a great community. Lots of new agents, though, trying to work Frisco. Be sure you get someone who is a member of CCAR (the Collin County Association of Realtors), as I believe this is the most awesome Board in the state of Texas, and has some of the most experienced and talented agents. That isn't just personal bias. I sold real estate all over DFW for ten years, and that is my professional opinion.
Frisco's a great area, but growing, so be sure to verify the schools with Frisco ISD before you put a contract on a house. Don't hesitate if you find 'the house'...it's probably someone else's #1 pick, too, and you may lose out on another one.
Have a blessed day!

That home is a beautiful home in Stonelake Estates and is in Heritage High School boundries. It is also in option period, which means it is currently under contract, but you are still able to see the home and place a back-up offer. Are you looking for a home in Liberty High School boundries? I'd love to help you find something in that area. Please feel free to contact me! Lauriewirth@kw.com.
