We're looking to relocate to the Loveland area in the coming months. We have three small children (11, 8, and 1) and we're looking for good schools and decent neighborhoods in a moderate price range. Any areas you would advise us to check out or avoid altogether? Thanks for your help!
I am a native of Northern Colorado and live in the Loveland area. You will be pleased to hear that Loveland is not a high crime area. Visit my website at http://www.susanpond.net and you will find local Loveland information. There is also information about the schools. If you need more assistance, call me at 970.532.4570.
As an agent, resident and observer of the Loveland community, I tend to favor the east side of town. Centerra is an area with plenty to do, close to http://www.nocoHUB.com and has easy access the I-25. High Plains Village is a great community with Centerra and offers condos, townhomes, cottages and larger single family homes. If you need additional information, please give me a call. An additional site you may wish to visit is Neighboroo, where you can explore community schools, crime stats, real estate prices, and more. For additional information and links, go to:
I'm not familiar with the area but you should spend a few moments looking at ratings and reviews of schools in this area... the ratings/reviews come from parents. I've put a link to greatschools.net, where you can find this info. you actually have to click on a school name to see the rating.
