Any suggestion regarding what could be better investment between 3019 PAINE Ct Fremont, CA 94555 and 4479 EGGERS Dr Fremont, CA 94536?

It totally depends on your personal criteria and whether or not you are an end user or investor. Do you have kids? Are school scores important? Is commute a factor for you? Do you have any preferences as to the age or style of a home? Size of the yard matter to you? Are you looking for a fixer or a turn-key home?

Well perhaps it would depend on what you are looking for? Is this for you to stay or an investment property? I know that 3019 Paine Ct is an investor flip and they seem to have done a lot of upgrades - it's about 200 square feet more than Eggers and priced lower right now ... But that of course isn't any guarantee for what will go for higher :)

You have not shared a whole lot of information about your plans, nor whether you are an Investor or homebuyer; however, with no other criteria to weigh, the Eggers List $/SqFt of $371 would generally indicate a stronger market demand than the Paine Ct. List $/SqFt of $321.

I would not place too much emphasis on bathroom/closet size. While these are certainly functional considerations they can be addressed via remodeling. I would put much more emphasis on actual property location and the assigned schools for the area. Where are you as far as obtaining a Pre-Approval? Please make sure you obtain a "True Pre-Approval" as described here: Do you need a referral for obtaining your “True Pre-Approval”?

Thanks Rini and Steve - actually I am first time home buyer and not an investor. Basically I am looking for a decent single family home in Fremont area. Glenmoor is a very nice neighborhood and that is probably the cause of high $/sq ft. I am little concerned about small master bathroom (approx. 5 ftx6 ft) and small closet for the house in Eggers drive - not sure if this will effect resale value of this property. Any input is appreciated.
