On the contrary, some of us realtors are experienced builders and know more about houses then the average realtor. I suggest that an buyers should keep that in mind when choosing a realtor to represent them in the buying of any property.
As for a new metal roof. Any competent builder can add a pitched roof with engineered trusses and metal roofing.
I work with Denman and Assoc. 983-6014 they are a high end builder but I believe that you get what you pay for.
That is a bit of a trick question, because remodels are tricky because of unknown factors such as structural damage, mold, extensiveness of reworking electrical and plumbing, meeting code and of course the level of cost and quality of upgrades.
