Tim Moore answered:
Do I have to bring cash /check to an auction? If I win , do I have a grace period or possibly sign something stating I will be able to get funds?
If you are talking about an auction at the courthouse at the end of the foreclosure, then you need cash because they require payment in days -- no time for a loan.
