Why don't Real Estate Agents charge by the hour?
I'd love to be paid by the hour. We can work and work and work for our clients and then get burned in the end. It would be wonderful to know all work earns us a paycheck.

Is it that anytime you pay HOA, it will be considered Townhome? Even if it's a detached single family house? Why does't Trulia display the HOA fee?
A single family home can have HOA as well. You are better off asking your agent how much the HOA fee is as many other websites are typically not accurate.
