Be aware, that's a scam. I had a similar experience last week, Airbnb would never ask you to pay outside their platform. Thanks!

Sounds like you are subleasing. The lease it self would address subleasing. If not I am not sure there is a limit, I could be mistaken I am not a lawyer.

Not all rentals accept section 8. Usually they will display that information on the ad, but you should always ask before making any commitment.
