When you are working with an agent to sell your home, is it reasonable to only allow showings to buyers who are pre approved?
Me too i think having a limitations is really a bad idea , the buyer should always have a right to view all the information needed for the home or properties for sale.

Title insurance seems to be overpriced- any tips on getting better pricing? there's a online title company with better rates-has anybody used them ?
Title insurance policy rates are usually set statewide so they are usually very comparable from one title company to the next.
