The condo is a bottom floor unit. The view is on the pool. It is not a short sale nor foreclosure. I am hesitating between renting it or putting it on the market.
How is the rental market? How much can I ask?
I would not manage it myself (I don't have the time to find renters), what should I expect the average management fee to be?
I would need to do several things to estimate the value. My estimation of value would be different than any other Realtor in the area. I have been in Real Estate sales since 1989 and co-own a Residential Construction firm in Belmont since 1985. I would take all my years of construction, entitlements and sales and arrive at a price that might surprise you................of course, dependent on severals things i.e., location, condition, square footage, zoning, age, rent, etc.
Give me a call to further discuss,
