According to the City website there are currently no active foreclosures on either Gray Knoll or Riversedge. In Trulia these properties said they were added 2 years ago on Trulia. This is an area of new construction and vacant land. It could have been a builder that bought property intending to build and with the market failing couldn't keep the properties.

Well actually I have lived her for 22 years and been selling here for 18 and all of Saline is a great place to live. Home in the 225-250K price range can be found in Wildwood, Hardwood Farms, Torwood,Warner Creek,Saline River Dr.Lodi Country Estates and others.
Where are you traveling too? I ask because parts of Saline are closer to Ann Arbor depending on your commute.
Let me know if I can help or answer anymore questions.
Mellikatt, this is not on the market it. It says it has been foreclosed on but the banks wait 6 months to actually put them on the open market. The only listing in Saline Valley Farms as a lot is 70K, which I would be happy to email you.
I know a lot about the subdivision, as I use to list the subdivision for a builder before the market turned.... more
Trulia uses feeds from the different multiple listing services. If you're not on an MLS that feeds into Trulia, you can't get listed.
Some agents will put your listing on the MLS for a nominal amount--often in the range of $200 to $300. And, incidentally, you should do that whether or not Trulia's important to you. There are plenty of people in your area who are using the MLS through other agents' sites, through Realtor.com, and so on. NONE OF THEM are running into your listing.
Hope that helps.... more
