Is purchasing a home near the tall electric towers a definitie no no and how does it affect resale value?
it might be hard to get financing, I just tried to buy a house in the "fall zone" of a water tower, and no lenders wanted to touch it.

Who certifies where the Fall Zone is? It is urgent to know this as it's all that is stopping a closing on this house.
The fall Zone can be Certified by a Licensed Land Surveyor, they will need to come out to the property & document the existing conditions.
