This property has a private well and is on public sewer (instead of a septic system). Generally you will find that if a property is on 1 acre or more it will have well water. If you are only looking for properties that have public water I have a search that can send you properties that fall within your criteria that are public water only. If your brokerage hasn't taught that to you it may be time to look at your options.
