The real answer is, why would you want to? Why not continue to cast a larger net and keep your accounts both active. I'm sure that each of you have your own network and sphere.....so why would you want to have only one single account? Just my two cents....

i think an often overlooked benefit to social networking for real estate is as a collaboration tool. yes, it's good for lead generation, but i think in our industry, where we need to work with all sorts of professionals (loan officers, appraisers, title officers, inspectors, home stagers, buyer agents, etc)...our social networks can also become a productivity tool for us a professionals.
for example, let's say you have mortgage professionals in your social network. they can all keep you up to date on their current mortgage products without spamming your inbox. you would just follow their activity on a social network.
