No Renters are not responsible for taxes.

Off course not, unless it stated in rental agreement, it is part of property tax bill and normally responsibility of landlord

As a renter, you have no responsibility to taxes which are associated to home ownership such as property taxes and school taxes. The only way you would be responsible for this is if it was included in the lease. You can avoid tricky leases by owning a home! There are some great deals up in your area.

Call me for a Pre-qualification on a mortgage if you are interested. You might be able to obtain a mortgage for cheaper than rent.

Never have seen that on a Rental or Lease agreement. Double check your agreement.!!
