Try to save your money and first try to do the eviction yourself. It is not very difficult.

Attorney's can charge from $900 to $1,600 to process move an eviction along, or you can go to the court house and try to do it yourself.

Hi Colon.
Shop around and talk to several attorneys in the area.
To give you a quick price range it might cost you around $600 to $1200, but there are many factors that can affect the cost

Make sure you have a copy of the lease, a 3 day notice and a bank statement that shows previous tenant payments.

Good luck.

Contact your property manager, an attorney and the county courthouse.
