The person e-mailed me and told me that they have a tennant now and it will be available for viewing
after Dec. 20th sound to good to be true. But if the place is real I really want to get it.
Did anybody contacted this place.

$1200 a month for an apartment like that in that building across from Ala Moana Center. SCAM!

Hi Artemis,

If there is no unit number and either no agent number or no agent phone number, then you should be very careful. In any case, never send any money until you or someone you know personally has seen the apartment.

In this case the 208 area code for the agent is a red flag. There is no unit number and the rent looks too low.
