Looks like you are in Lakewood. Is that where you are looking. Contact a Realtor to go over your options for a purchase. You will also need a good lender to get you a loan approval. You may consider renting, but it is a tough rental market out there now. In most circumstances it is better to purchase than to rent - check out this article.
