Hello Hawkeye:

What is your budget? You can possibly get an older (1970s) duet in Twin Creeks area for around $450K. If you want something more recent, say in Gale Ranch, you will be in the mid $500s and HOA dues will be higher.

You can check out what is available now (not very much) on my justsanramonhomes.com website or if you like, I could let you have details of what has sold in the past few months to give you an idea od what is possible.

I live and work in San Ramon and know the area well. Feel free to call me at your convenience or email me your contact info. and I'm happy to follow up.

You may find that a 3 bedroom SFR is about the same as a Townhouse when you factor in the HOA fees:
I would recommend looking at both.

Trulia will let you search many ways, just enter your parameters.
